Dorothy is the young lady who pioneered digital video analysis instruction, imho. The young lady who I met at a class held at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. She was teaching. She is smart. She is accomplished. She is educated., Sorry about that. 🤔

Dorothy has accomplished so much for the forensic video analysis community and is still going, I'm pretty sure. ☺️ Anyway, she's the one that also gave me my first national teaching gig. She asked me to stand-in for her at the Government Video Expo in 2003 or 2004, I think it was.

Listen to the experts...that already WORK FOR YOU

STFU and listen more often, especially to "your" team, MR./Mrs./Ms. leader. Big boss man/lady. Teacher. Policeman. DOCTORS...Expecially. Listen to your team. That team includes the patient, just so you know.

Work as a team. Believe in the team. 

Teams come in all sizes

You may have figured this one out, but teams can be comprised of as few as two people. Others can include the entire human race.

Professional fighters are often viewed as the sole champion, no team. That's by idiots, I should say. They didn't get there alone. They had help. They had people hating them too. Presto. Instant asshole, in the moment.
